Michael Freeman
Naples, Fla. — The Lykos Group has announced the appointment of Michael Freeman to the position of Vice President of Construction.
In this position, Freeman will be responsible for directing, administering and coordinating the company’s construction activities with a focus on improving efficiency, maximizing revenue through process improvement, driving accountability, timeline adherence and overall successful implementation of construction initiatives for all project areas. He will implement policies, programs, operating procedures and standards to ensure each project is constructed and preserved through sound and consistent construction procedures, providing leadership through the pre-construction process to the finish of each project.

Freeman is a seasoned senior construction executive with more than 26 years of experience. Prior to joining The Lykos Group, he served as Director of Development and Construction for Averill Hospitality, a family-run resort and hotel management company in Whitefish, Montana. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and operations from The University of Chicago, as well as a bachelor’s degree in construction management from DePaul University. Joining The Lykos Group will also enable Freeman to be nearer to family in Florida.
