The Lykos Group unveils new Marco Island office

Marco Island, Fla. — The Lykos Group has announced the opening of a new office at 1089 North Collier Blvd. Unit #418, in Marco Town Center.

With direct access from North Collier Blvd. and Bald Eagle Dr., the office includes approximately 1,000 square feet in three distinct areas: a conference room area for client and team meetings and presentations, an office area for the company’s vice president of construction Bill Wolff and four project managers, and a kitchen studio area for construction plan review, kitchen and bath design, and finish selections for materials including cabinets, countertops and flooring.

“With nearly 50 percent of our newest work located on Marco Island, this spacious new office accommodates our clients, team and vendors much better,” said The Lykos Group Principal Thomas Lykos. “In addition to reducing extensive travel for everyone to conduct and view presentations, review products and more, the office and studio also provides a creative local environment for our clients and partners. Last month, the project was honored by the Collier Building Industry Association with a Sand Dollar Award for Best Office/Commercial Project by a Builder or Remodeler (under $1 million).

The Lykos Group currently has five spec and custom home construction and renovation projects in progress on Marco Island, with six projects to start in the next three to six months.
