The Lykos Group welcomes three new employees

Naples, FL — The Lykos Group today announced that Joseph Avvampato, Joe Musser, and Jerry Koncz have joined the company as project manager, project manager, and project coordinator, respectively. 

As project managers, Avvampato and Musser are responsible for maintaining production schedules, quality review, vendor selection, budget meetings, and communication with clients. Avvampato formerly owned and led his own construction company and has nearly 40 years of management experience in the areas of residential construction projects, concrete, excavating, and painting. He earned an associate degree from Grossmont College, El Cajon, CA. Musser is a certified general contractor in Florida and California with nearly 40 years of construction experience.

A construction and homebuilding industry veteran, Koncz has 40 years of experience with production and custom homebuilders in the areas of residential and commercial purchasing, design and drafting, sales, marketing, finance, customer service and architectural design. He earned a drafting certificate from Kent State University.
