FORT MYERS, Fla. — Theory Design and Seagate Development Group have ventured into the luxury retail market with the introduction of interior products. As Theory Design’s first interior boutique of its kind, a curation of products are available for purchase. Situated at 411 Park Ave, at 4th street, the 1000-square-foot corner-lot building is just blocks from the Gulf of Mexico and surrounded by local favorites. In the heart of Boca Grande’s historic district, the space will also serve as a place to connect, collaborate, and create. The store will officially open to the public next Thursday, Feb. 16, 2023.
“We curated a collection of products that offers an eclectic array of high-end furniture pieces, case goods, artwork, accents and more. These selections focus on the coastal style of Boca Grande,” described Ruta Menaghlazi, vice president of design for Theory Design.
“Our pieces are also meant to inspire memories and provide keepsakes that one can only find in Boca Grande’s extraordinary oasis. Each week, customers can expect to find new products and experiences that enliven the spirit and showcase the Theory Design difference.”
Much like the Theory Design studio in Miramar Design Center, services, which include interior/exterior design, new home construction as well as renovations, will be available at the Boca Grande location.

“Our Theory Design store will be sourced from vendors worldwide. It will be like a treasure hunt every time you visit. The Theory Design Boca Grande boutique will also serve as a demo-location for future retail concepts — including its premier Naples location to be unveiled later this year.”
