The Paradise Pledge Launches This Week

The Paradise Coast CVB is excited to introduce the Paradise Pledge. By taking the pledge, local businesses assure our residents and visitors that they and their guests will enjoy a safe environment by adhering to the latest in CDC and Florida Department of Health best practices.

We will be e-mailing each Collier tourism business and hotel an invitation to consider adopting this pledge to reassure our residents and visitors that our community is taking the necessary precautions for a safe experience while visiting. The pledge entails the following:

  • Follow, meet and exceed CDC and Florida Dept of Health Safety Guidelines and Protocols
  • Strongly encourage staff and guests to wear face coverings in all public spaces
  • Conduct daily wellness screenings of staff upon arrival at work, such as temperature checks or asking health questions
  • Enforce building capacity limits set by local fire code or by legislation
  • Follow future protocols suggested by CDC and Florida Department of Health

The full pledge will be included in the e-mail with easy to follow instructions on how to take the pledge online. We will list all participating tourism partners on our website. We hope that all of our tourism industry partner businesses will strongly consider “taking the pledge”.

Sincerely,
Jack Wert
