Tri-Town Construction Expands Regional Footprint with New Headquarters, New Roofing Division

Ft. Myers, Fla.  — Tri-Town Construction, a locally owned luxury home builder based in Ft. Myers and serving all of Southwest Florida, recently increased its regional footprint with a move to expanded headquarters and the launch of a new business division. The expansion follows a history of rapid growth since Tri-Town’s 2006 founding.

The spacious new headquarters is located at 12730 Commonwealth Drive, in the Gateway community of Ft. Myers, a strategic location with convenient access to Southwest Florida International Airport and I-75. The facility encompasses 13,000 square feet and includes 6,000 square feet of offices, showrooms and design studios, and a 7,000 square foot warehouse. The facility was built by Tri-Town, with interior design handled by Tri-Town vice president, Tanda Hogg.

Other expansion news includes Tri-Town’s launch of Florida Roofing and Gutters, to provide property owners with the experience and expertise of one of the leading roofing specialists in the Southwest Florida region.

The company’s new headquarters was designed to inspire clients with previews of Tri-Town’s capabilities. Functional areas including the reception, lobby, kitchen, and dining room, show examples of the company’s construction services. Some offices have themed designs that represent a range of tastes and preferences. A large showroom allows clients to browse building products including tiles and countertops.

“Our new headquarters gives our clients a ‘one-stop-shop’,” says Tri-Town founder Marc Devisse. “With our advanced construction technology and equipment, the tactile product samples, and roofing expertise, we are able to work with clients on virtually every facet of their construction project.”

“Our new office space will facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, ensuring that clients are kept informed and involved in project updates. Additionally, the updated equipment and technologies in the facility will allow us to complete projects more efficiently, potentially resulting in cost savings for our clients,” Devisse adds.

Tri-Town was founded in 2006 by Devisse at age 22 upon his graduation from Florida Gulf Coast University. Although it was established during a recession, it has experienced consistent phenomenal growth, now earning $20 million in annual construction services.

The company first worked out of Devisse’s home office with a team of three people. In 2010, Tri-Town moved to 1,500 square feet on Alico Road and continued to expand by doubling that space, where it continued operations until the recent move to the Gateway.

“Tri-Town Construction’s growth has been in tandem with the explosive growth of the region,” Marc Devisse comments. “We also experienced tremendous demand for our services following the hurricanes of 2017 and 2022. It was a time when homeowners were in critical need of professional, knowledgeable and ethical contractors.”

Devisse emphasizes that Tri-Town’s gratitude to the community prompts a philanthropic response. Tri-Town’s core values inspire its management team to serve a larger social purpose by contributing to the well-being of the community through business and civic involvement and charitable giving.

Post-Hurricane Ian, Tri-Town Construction converted its former Alico Road offices into a distribution center for free essential items including food and clothing. The company also established cook-out areas on Alico Road and Ft. Myers Beach for homeowners and first responders. Tri-Town team members fanned the community to help with flooding and debris.

During the pandemic, Tri-Town partnered with the Humane Society of Ft. Myers for “StandPup” comedy shows, where adoptable dogs were shown and adopted, with proceeds benefiting the Humane Society’s shelter.

Tri-Town’s civic involvement also includes sponsorships and donations for Best Buddies, Captains for Clean Water, Immokalee High School, and Habitat for Humanity.
