Troy Conner named chapter executive director of CAI South Gulf Coast

The Community Associations Institute (CAI) South Gulf Coast Chapter welcomed Troy Conner as its new chapter executive director. With an extensive background in community development and over ten years experience in community association management, Conner is poised to lead CAI towards unprecedented growth and impact within Charlotte, Collier, and Lee counties.

As chapter executive director, Conner will be stationed in Fort Myers, leveraging his leadership acumen and strategic expertise to propel CAI South Gulf Coast Chapter’s advancement in the region. Committed to fostering collaboration and promoting best practices in community associations, Conner embodies the vision for elevating the chapter to new levels of excellence.
