TWO39 LABS Announces Southwest Florida Virtual Startup Pitch Competition with Cash Prize

Bonita Springs, FL – TWO39 Group, LLC (“TWO39”)  TWO39 LABS announces its 12-week cohort inaugural pitch competition. The event will take place live and virtually on December 10, 2020, at 4 PM EST.

Seven local Southwest Florida businesses who have completed a 12-week cohort and are competing for a grand prize of $5,000.

Focused on building a technology ecosystem in Southwest Florida, the purpose of the competition and program is to assist startup companies in creating and building a sustainable business model. In the interactive competition, viewers will be able to listen to live pitches from seven technology startups in front of a panel of esteemed judges.

Current TWO39 LABS Pitch Event judges include:

During the 12-week cohort, each startup had access to two dedicated mentors, over 1,000+ mentor networks and 101 events. The events included informational presentations, fireside chats with successful entrepreneurs and virtual networking events.

TWO39 LABS Announces Inaugural Pitch Competition With Influential Panel of Judges

TWO39 LABS proudly announces the organization’s inaugural pitch competition taking place live on Remo on December 10, 2020, at 4 PM EDT. 7 local SWFL businesses who have gone through a 12 week action packed cohort compete for the chance to claim a grand prize of $5,000. Open to SWFL startup business only, the purpose of this competition and program is to assist these companies in creating and building a viable, sustainable business.

All businesses will have the unique opportunity to receive direction and first-hand support from recognized executives and thought leaders in the SWFL business world along with well known names from across the country. With every business having the opportunity to have 2 dedicated mentors, access to over 1,000+ mentor networks and 101 events ranging from informational presentations, fireside chats with extremely successful entrepreneurs or virtual networking events with the SWFL community.

“The variety is pretty diverse, the type of companies and the talent level has been pretty impressive. The TWO39 LABS is to be determined but it is definitely attracting some potential world class talents.” says Neil Klienberg, CEO of Deliver an M&A software company and Mentor at TW039 LABS.

The cohort consists of seven uniquely different businesses including Tailored, an artificial intelligence that can instantly capture the fit of a garment to make shopping online easier; Stabilized Steps, a PELOTON-like system for adults with balance issues with a software and hardware that increases balance, promotes fall prevention and restores independence; Fayven, a dual sided marketplace that helps vendors connect with local venues for curated pop up shops; Learn Robotics, a turnkey robotics program for learning anywhere; Endevr, a web based software solution that streamlines career placement and reporting for educators, access to employers and access for students to seamlessly explore career options; My Undercover Agent; compiles the most sought after data to make it easier for real estate agents to be more successful and efficient; Propzie, a home operating system for residents and landlords.

“This thing is going to grow like wildfire.” Says John Mulcahy mentor at TWO39 LABS about the accelerator. “TWO39 LABS is an organization and network of people that are here to help startups and give them the tools and methods they need. Every mentor and business is dedicated to put the pieces in place so that their startup becomes successful.”

The seven businesses will have the opportunity to share their businesses, the inspiration behind their brands, how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted their business and what they would use the awarded grants for.

“SWFL does not have a massive reputation for being a tech hub but TWO39 can act as a rallying point for SWFL and for local startups to go to gain knowledge from experienced entrepreneurs so they are able to make an impact on the SWFL ecosystem.” Says Neil Pennington an electrical engineer PHD and former innovation director of German Utility company and mentor at TWO39 LABS.

In the interactive competition viewers will be able to listen to the 7 businesses live pitches in front of a panel of esteemed judges with the one winner awarded a prize of $5,000.

Since its inception the mission of TWO39 LABS has been to provide startup companies and entrepreneurs with the necessary tools to accelerate growth and build successful companies. In turn, these companies will bring and retain economic opportunity, innovation, technology, and investment to Southwest Florida.
