Vanderbilt Country Club awarded for service excellence
Vanderbilt Country Club of Naples, Florida, was recently named a finalist at the 59club USA’s second annual Service Excellence Awards, which honors golf country clubs in the United States. Held in conjunction with Orlando’s PGA show, the January 23 event brought the golf industry together to recognize the country’s finest service providers.
Tim Miller, General Manager and COO, represented VCC at the popular awards ceremony. He added, “It was a pleasure to join other golf community leaders at this event. Clearly the accolades awarded represent the ultimate benchmark of excellence in measuring the customer service experience, which we strive to achieve every day with our club members and visitors. We are truly honored to be recognized as a finalist among some of the top clubs in the country.”
Supported by Turtleson, a provider of golf apparel, the awards are universally recognized, independent and unbiased. Award winners are determined by scores collected from 59club’s impartial mystery shopping program, which evaluates the entire experience of visiting golfers, and the sales journey that unfolds as prospective clients inquire for club membership, group golf days and special events. 59club has served the global golf industry over 15 years, pioneering in specialized analytical tools to advance the customer experience and profitability of the entire club operation and hospitality business – including management, sales, service, operations and hospitality business retail, spa, golf course, plus hotel and food and beverage.
