Vertich named to Forbes 2021 list of Best-In-State Wealth Advisors
Corey Vertich, CFP®, founding principal with Uhler and Vertich Financial Planners was selected for the second consecutive year by Forbes magazine for its annual list of Best-In-State Wealth Advisors, which recognizes advisors from national, regional, and independent firms.
The Forbes ranking, developed by SHOOK Research, is based on an algorithm of qualitative criteria, mostly gained through telephone and in-person due diligence interviews, and quantitative data. Advisors considered for the list have at least seven years of experience, and the algorithm weights factors like revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience and those that encompass best practices with their approach to working with clients.
A graduate of Barry University School of Business in Miami, Vertich began his financial planning career in 1989 and became a CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional in 1994. He is a board member for the United Way of Lee, Hendry, Glades and Okeechobee, and is incoming co-chair of the 2021-22 campaign. Vertich has served as president of the local chapters of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners and Financial Planning Association of Southwest Florida. He was also charter president of the Kiwanis Club of Iona McGregor. Vertich is an Eagle Scout and a life member of the National Eagle Scout Association.
