Victoria Rivadeneira named regional VP for Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida’s Southwest region

Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida is pleased to announce that Victoria Rivadeneira has been named regional vice president for the company’s Southwest region. In this role, she will oversee affiliated sales associates and managing brokers in 19 offices, located from Manatee County through Collier County.

Rivadeneira brings nearly 30 years of real estate experience as a licensed Broker in New York, where she also served as divisional president, overseeing operations for the Northeast Division for EXIT Realty International. Upon relocating to Florida, she aligned with RE/MAX and assisted a franchisee with growth and productivity in 14 offices across New Jersey and Florida. In just six months, she led an under-preforming office from a re-launch to the brand’s Top 50 list for growth during the pandemic.

“Having been a top-producing agent, the owner of both an independent and branded office, a regional leader and a divisional president, I’ve learned this business from every level. In being able to understand the challenges real estate agents face, I can best support our affiliated agents in the robust market in Southwest Florida,” said Rivadeneira.

“Victoria is an innovative and driven leader who provides vision and accountability for her team and already has a very successful track record in real estate and corporate leadership,” said Duff Rubin, president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida. “I am confident that she will be an asset to our company and will work to support our affiliated agents in achieving their business results, now and long into the future.”

Passionate about the industry, Rivadeneira served on committees for the New York State Association of REALTORS® and the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR). She served as the local chapter president for WCR and as the vice president of the Communications Committee for Commercial Real Estate Women Network. Rivadeneira was also the executive officer for The Beverly Carter Foundation and was a spokesperson on the first series of agent-safety videos released nationally.

Rivadeneira is committed to giving back to the community and has contributed a percentage of her earnings to St. Jude Children’s Hospital and Habitat for Humanity.
