Vineyards Country Club names Amy Banks its spa manager
Vineyards Country Club has announced the appointment of Amy Banks as manager of the community’s spa, located within the award-winning Wellness Center.
In this position, she will oversee the spa’s daily operations, lead a team of service providers and manage a wellness-focused treatment menu to further Vineyards Country Club members’ overall well-being.
“Amy’s proven ability to foster positive relationships and drive client satisfaction has been a hallmark of her career,” said Vineyards Country Club Chief Operating Officer Paul Malonson. “We are confident that her leadership and vision will bring a fresh perspective to the spa and complement our commitment to providing our members with an exceptional wellness experience.”
Banks brings more than 20 years of salon and spa industry experience to this role, as well as an extensive background in leadership and consulting. A Naples resident since 1992, she relocated from Michigan after earning a degree from Northwood University. She previously served as a leadership manager for Robert of Philadelphia Salons, managing a team of 52 service providers across four locations for 11 years. Her tenure also includes experience with SSBC, the world’s largest salon and spa consulting firm, where she consulted with 114 salon and spa companies across 27 states over nine years and specialized in finance management, budgeting, team culture building, marketing, recruitment and goal setting.
