Wilderness Country Club Appoints Daniel Fein as its new Executive Chef
Wilderness Country Club announced the appointment of Daniel Fein as its new Executive Chef. Fein brings more than 20 years of country club and hospitality industry experience. In his role with Wilderness Country Club, he is responsible for menu development, leading kitchen operations, team building and membership engagement.
Fein most recently served as Sous Chef with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants and its Del Mar Naples restaurant concept on Fifth Avenue South. Before that, he was Sous Chef for Cherokee Town and Country Club and Executive Chef with City Club of Buckhead, both in the Atlanta area. He also has worked for other clubs in Georgia and North Carolina.
Prior to his career in the country club industry, Fein worked for a couple of other Cameron Mitchell Restaurants in Michigan and Ohio, Royal Caribbean International on the Oasis of the Seas and a catering company. Fein is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York with a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Studies-Culinary Arts Management and an Associates of Occupational Studies-Culinary Arts.
